We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Enablement Specialist to join our People and Payroll Product Management team at The Access Group. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our Product & Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption of new product capabilities.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Cross-functional enablement: Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand enablement needs related to new products. Developing an in-depth understanding of business processes, tools, and challenges to tailor enablement strategies.
  • Enablement strategy and execution: Designing and implementing enablement programs, including training resources, and tools to support product launches and updates. Collaborating with Product Managers to translate technical product details into practical user-friendly materials.
  • Stakeholder management: Serving as the primary liaison between Product and Engineering and other business units to align enablement initiatives with broader company goals. Actively gathering feedback from stakeholders to improve enablement efforts and identify potential gaps in product adoption.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Monitoring and measuring programs using qualitative and quantitative metrics. Providing actionable insights to senior leadership to optimize future enablement efforts.
