Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Enablement Manager to join our People and Payroll Product Management team.

In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our Product & Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring the business is equipped to successfully support, implement, and sell new product capabilities.

  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Partnering with all internal stakeholders to understand enablement needs related to new products. Developing & maintaining an understanding of business processes, tools, and challenges - tailoring enablement strategies.
  • Enablement Strategy and Execution: Designing & implementing enablement programmes, including training, resources, and tools to support product launches and updates, whilst collaborating with Product Managers to translate technical product details into practical, user-friendly materials.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary liaison between Product and Engineering and other business units to align enablement initiatives with broader company goals and actively gathering feedback from stakeholders to improve enablement efforts and identify potential gaps in product adoption.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring and measuring programmes using qualitative and quantitative metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to optimize future enablement efforts.
