Sales Enablement Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to join our team as a Director of Sales Enablement. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of sales enablement programs that support our Sales teams in achieving their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that drives sales performance improvement.
  • To design and deliver effective sales training programs that build product knowledge and capabilities.
  • To lead and manage a high-performing Sales Enablement team.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
