Claims Resolution Specialist

We help individuals and organizations recover from unexpected events. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a vital role in this process by managing property claims from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of domestic property claims, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients;
- Determine the extent and cause of loss through effective investigation methods;
- Deliver services that meet or exceed client standards;
- Project manage property repair, remediation, or reinstatement;
- Provide exceptional experiences by collaborating with support colleagues.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in property, real estate, or building;
- Trade qualifications (optional but desirable);
- The ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks/cases, and manage customer interactions effectively;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
