About Our Role
The P&C Business Partner is a key position responsible for partnering with directorates in the organisation to sustain collaborative partnerships, provide timely advice, build manager capability, and protect a positive workplace culture.
A regular day will see you:
- Partnering with managers and directors to build their capability and provide HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Interpreting enterprise agreements and drawing upon relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to respond to enquiries.
- Assisting to maintain a positive workplace culture and staff experience through coaching, mental health first aid, family violence workplace support, and wellbeing initiatives.
About You
You will be an experienced Human Resources generalist with demonstrated experience as an internal consultant and partner. You will have a strong focus on maintaining an exceptional employee experience and a commitment to values of Courage, Passion, Discovery, and Respect.
You will bring with you experience in delivering contemporary HRM initiatives, influencing culture, employee relations, industrial relations, and working with complex enterprise agreements.
