Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business, driving employee engagement and experience.

About the Role:

  • Leading complex employee relations cases and advising on performance management.
  • Supporting and driving organisational change and restructuring initiatives.
  • Coaching leaders through challenging people situations with confidence.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to build trust and influence outcomes.
  • Driving initiatives that promote a high-performance, values-aligned culture.
  • Advising on employment legislation and compliance matters.

You'll bring:

  • A strong generalist HR background, ideally from fast-paced industries like hospitality or retail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and change.
  • Experience working with technical or introverted stakeholders, with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools is highly desirable.
