About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources and Safety Generalist to support both head office and retail stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving strong engagement with various business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • To collaborate with business stakeholders on operational and strategic outcomes aligned with our people strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end human resources generalist tasks from employee relations; safety; recruitment through to talent, performance, and culture.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Able to contribute as a team player and grow within a collaborative work environment.
About You
  • Previous experience in dynamic environments, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
  • Degree in Human Resources or Safety-related field (desired).
  • Familiarity with the HR generalist discipline and comfortable working in an end-to-end HR environment.
  • Experience in managing &or supporting strategic people projects.
  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with HR & Safety systems and Microsoft Office applications (experience with Rippling, Safety Culture, and Deputy beneficial).
