Job Summary

The role of an HR Officer is pivotal in supporting the efficiency of the Human Resources department. As a generalist, you will provide comprehensive support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

This includes developing, reviewing, and updating company policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with legislation, best practice, and organisational needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent communication, understanding, and adherence to company policies and procedures across the organisation.

You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Chief of Staff and HR Business Partner, including supporting and coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, managing and monitoring the payroll inbox, and assisting with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data integrity in the HRIS system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when required.

About this Role
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data in the HRIS system.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
  • Liaise with external providers, such as recruitment agencies and training organisations, as required.
