The organization seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to fulfill the role of Human Resources Generalist. This position will deliver efficient coordination and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.
- This includes assisting with recruitment planning, refining job descriptions, approval documentation, uploading roles to operational systems, placement of advertisements, tracking and screening candidates, organizing interviews, reference checks, and finalizing placements.
The coordinator will oversee employee data/information to ensure it is accurate across the employment lifecycle, including commencement, variations, payroll changes, FTE/hours, leave queries, contract/agreement changes, health records, and performance records.
Key Responsibilities:- Previous experience working in a human resources environment.
- Mature knowledge and understanding of industrial compliance (Fair Work – NES – Awards/EAs).
- Proven ability to build relationships with various stakeholders with an unwavering commitment to customer service delivery.
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to deliver high volumes of work with minimal errors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
