Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Job Description:

The Role of a People and Culture Manager involves overseeing the full spectrum of an organization's human experience. This encompasses managing people operations, culture, and ways of working. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to coach teams effectively, and communicate organizational goals and initiatives clearly.

This role also entails coordinating and managing talent acquisition processes, collaborating with other departments such as finance, IT, and support teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in human resource management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
