As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent acquisition services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and attracting top talent through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition to deliver results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies that drive candidate engagement and pipeline growth.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver high-quality candidate slates, while building strong talent pipelines.
- Act as a proactive talent acquisition partner, actively sourcing and engaging top talent to meet current and future business needs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates on their progress.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or human resources (or equivalent experience).
- Significant recruiting experience in life sciences, with demonstrated successes in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media tools.
- Knowledge of common human resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-caliber life sciences recruitment projects.
