">The Talent Acquisition Strategist leads a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients across multiple accounts. This role builds trust and strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to provide best-in-class services and exceed client expectations.
- Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, assessing progress and addressing gaps.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and regular feedback to direct reports.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve hiring strategies.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruitment strategy.
- Participate in client meetings, sharing updates and data, and discuss service delivery gaps with proactive plans to address and remediate.
- Support recruitment process needs and leverage shared delivery resources effectively.
- Maximize organizational resources to meet goals and drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a results-oriented TA role in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
- Exposure to various recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (preferred).
