
Talent Acquisition Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement effective human resource frameworks, policies, procedures and programs to attract, retain, develop and manage a highly engaged and committed workforce.
This position requires a leader-led employment environment that enables business-focused, strategic and operational leadership to deliver the organization's strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily workflow of the People and Culture department
- Ensuring compliant induction and onboarding systems and resources
- Employment policies and procedures
- Training and learning programs of work
- Advisory and business partnering support to individuals and leaders
The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and create a high-performing team.
