Job Title: Talent Acquisition StrategistAbout the Role:This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with Hiring Leaders to define specific roles, locations, and functional areas.You will create a sourcing plan for corporate, volume & graduate hiring roles, work on external employer branding, vendor management, research, and analysis.You will represent our brand in external forums (career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc.), develop and implement round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the region.You will source talent from various channels including job sites and referrals.You will manage stakeholders including internal hiring managers/teams, broader stakeholder groups, and external stakeholders.You will deliver best-in-class candidate experience by leading senior-level hiring programs, positioning the role appropriately to the candidate, developing niche hiring programs to attract talent from premier institutions/organizations.You will interact with customers (universities/peers group/applicants), analyze historical trends within, lead benchmarking initiatives specific to the unit/tech/domain/hiring track.You will partner with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities, enable vendor scalability through capability building, monitor performance and process compliance of vendors to ensure achievement of recruitment objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Hiring Leaders to define specific roles, locations, and functional areas.

  • Represent the brand in external forums (career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc.).
  • Sourcing: Identify most effective sourcing channels (advertisements, portals, referrals, etc.) including posting job openings on various job sites.
  • Manage stakeholders including internal hiring managers/teams, broader stakeholder groups, and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experience by leading senior-level hiring programs.
  • Research, Analytics & Benchmarking: Interact with customers (universities/peers group/applicants), analyze historical trends within.
  • Partner with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment in an agency environment or internal, preferably within similar industry (Information Technology).
  • Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Recruitment experience in graduate hiring is preferred but if you bring experience across hiring in sales, corporate, and IT hiring we would like to hear from you.
  • Strong sourcing strategy experience including proactive sourcing.
  • Experience of working with different sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Experienced with stakeholder management and managing difficult conversations.
