**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and collaborating with stakeholders to attract top talent.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with workforce planning to understand demand plans and support vacancy load and capacity management.
  • Design new recruitment processes for newly designed roles or team changes to identify the best possible talent.
  • Use data and insights to help leaders and stakeholders understand recruitment challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead a team of 3-4 Associate Recruiters, prioritizing work to manage vacancy load, identifying skill gaps, and providing feedback and recognition.
