  7. Sales Best Practices: Share and implement sales best practices with compounding pharmacies nationwide, offering coaching and support where needed.
  8. Business Partnerships: Partner with Account Executives to maximize business opportunities, share insights, and provide referrals for client visits.
Requirements:
  1. Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification(s) in Science or Business is an asset.
  2. Experience: 4+ years of experience in a sales role.
  3. Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  4. Compounding Experience: Pharmaceutical compounding experience is highly regarded.
  5. Driver's License: Valid Driver's License.
  6. Sales Experience: Proven experience in contacting, visiting, and selling to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacists.
  7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Decision-Making: Demonstrated decision-making and negotiation skills.
  9. Interpersonal Skills: Advanced interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and maintain a professional and positive image.
