Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join our People and Capability team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in a rapidly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of a Learning Management System that will build upon and improve our people's capability
- Liaise with technical experts within the business to design and prepare training materials to support the delivery of training programs
- Administer multiple Organisational Development Programs, including inviting participants, booking program meetings, setting up training rooms, and liaising with the administrative team such that catering and travel requirements are met
- Develop your skills in training delivery and facilitation of key programs
- Support the design and structure of all learning programs, modules and content delivered via the Workday Learning Management System (WLMS)
- Degree level qualifications in HR/Organisational Psychology or equivalent
- High level communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels, including internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in successfully developing and implementing people capability processes, programs and initiatives, including leadership development
- Demonstrated ability in successfully supporting the implementation of business improvements and change as it relates to people
- Demonstrated ability in implementing processes and initiatives to enhance team performance
