At McNab, we're committed to delivering certainty for our clients in a rapidly changing industry. To achieve this, we need a talented Learning & Development Manager to join our People & Culture team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of four Learning & Development professionals and develop a comprehensive talent development strategy for the McNab team. Your goal will be to ensure continuous development for all employees, providing tailored support throughout their careers at McNab.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll out our Learning and Development program in partnership with the P&C Leadership team.
  • Implement innovative learning strategies and solutions in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of L&D specialists to deliver best practice operational learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior managers, leaders, and executives to provide expert advice on all operational learning activities.
  • Foster relationships with aligned or associated providers to promote, educate, and raise awareness of the McNab brand, career pathways, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement an industry engagement function within the Learning & Development team to create RPL opportunities, including apprentice cadet and apprentice pathways.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications with significant learning and development training experience.
  • Proven ability to create and lead a Talent Strategy and build L&D team performance.
  • Experience developing learning solutions aligned to business strategy.
  • Instructional design and eLearning platform experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop scalable L&D strategies.
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Human Resource Infrastructure System (HRIS).
  • Highly developed interpersonal and facilitation skills.
