Senior Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our HR Partners team, you will play a critical role in driving learning and development initiatives across our state government client site in Brisbane's CBD.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of effective learning and development solutions and programs that address critical learning and development and capability issues.
- Administer and improve the use and uptake of learning technologies to support learning and development across the organisation.
- Facilitate internal communication strategies to support the implementation of learning and development initiatives and related tools.
- Build strong relationships within the organisation to effectively coordinate, implement and review learning and development projects and initiatives.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field would be highly desirable.
- Government experience is not mandatory but highly desirable.
- Ability to develop learning and development or organisation development programs and initiatives that contribute to the readiness, effectiveness and high performance of employees in a large, complex and diverse organisation.
- Demonstrated experience with learning management systems and optimising use of technology in learning and development.
- Demonstrated proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills including the ability to negotiate, respond promptly within short timeframes, and influence stakeholders to effectively achieve program/project outcomes.
- Demonstrated communication and engagement skills, and the ability to speak with confidence in all face-to-face communications, conveying clear and compelling messages which develop strong and trusted professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, processes and stakeholders and proactively identify potential solutions, challenges and actions early and escalate for assistance in a timely way.
