Description:We are seeking an experienced advocate to join our chambers and provide high-quality representation for clients in Civil Justice matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on complex and strategic issues.
- Conduct advocacy in various state and federal courts and tribunals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience and skills in advocacy and civil law litigation.
- Thorough knowledge of civil law under both State and Federal legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for mentoring and training junior lawyers.
