Nido Early School Kew is seeking a highly skilled Family Advocate who can deliver exceptional customer service and support to our families.
- This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring a warm Nido welcome to all families.
- We have a two-storey 84-place service catering for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 4 outdoor play areas.
- Our management team will coach and guide you through your career.
- We are conveniently located near tram stops, making it easy to commute to work.
- Our communication with families about their child's development is fostered through our Story Park platform, enriching active participation.
- You will need previous front office administration experience and be confident in communicating with families face-to-face and over the phone.
- You will work closely with the Curriculum Leader and Centre Director to deliver outstanding service.
- A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one is required.
- A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one is also required.
- Certificate or Diploma in Business is desirable.
