Position Overview: As a Buyers Advocate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients throughout the property purchasing process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties that match client property preferences and investment goals.
  2. Developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts, including real estate agents and other professionals.
  3. Advising clients on property values, market conditions, and negotiation strategies.
  4. Attending property inspections on behalf of clients.
  5. Negotiating purchase prices, contract terms, and conditions on behalf of clients.
  6. Providing ongoing communication and updates to clients throughout the property acquisition process.
  7. Assisting clients with due diligence, including arranging building inspections, contract checks and legal advice.
  8. Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property laws, and regulations in Victoria.

Qualifications:

  1. A valid Real Estate License or Agent's Representative Certificate
  2. A proven track record in the real estate industry, with a focus on buyer representation or similar roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Melbourne property market, including suburbs, property types, and market trends.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. High level of attention to detail and organisation.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
