Senior People and Culture Leader

About the Role:
The Senior People and Culture Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of CatholicCare Tasmania's People and Culture functions. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager, Quality & Impact, this individual will be responsible for setting and achieving key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with legislation, and providing high-level advice to the Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and achieve key performance indicators for People and Culture, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Offer expert strategic and operational advice to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Lead and enhance our Learning and Development programs to support employee growth and organisational success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role within People and Culture.
- Strong strategic and operational skills, with a track record of successful People and Culture leadership and program implementation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
