About the Role

CatholicCare Tasmania is seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture professional to join our expanding team. As the People and Culture Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing advice and support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist People and Culture advice and support to leadership and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the employee life cycle, with a focus on recruitment and selection, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist People and Culture role, with a strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • A commitment to the mission and values of CatholicCare Tasmania.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
