Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role within People and Culture.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills, with a track record of successful People and Culture leadership and program implementation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
