About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned People and Culture leader to join our team at Workforce Australia For Individuals. As the Manager, People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization's People and Culture functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level strategic advice and support to our Executive Leadership Team.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Learning and Development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Evaluate People and Culture functions to ensure effectiveness and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Manage employment-related risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
What You'll Achieve
  • You will lead a growing team and make a significant impact on the strategic direction of our organization.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for setting and achieving key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with legislation, and providing high-level advice to our Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a People and Culture leadership role, with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
