Facilities Director

Award-winning Adbri Masonry seeks a seasoned Facilities Director to lead our Townsville production facility.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits. As a Facilities Director, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Townsville production facility, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• Manage and coordinate all facilities-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve facility operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high-quality results.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing SAP business systems for data analysis and decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, administration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively unsupervised, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
