Job Description

We are seeking an experienced paralegal and secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Filing and managing case files
  • Drafting correspondence and court documents
  • Liaising with clients
  • Monthly billing and accounting tasks
  • Providing administrative support and typing services
  • Time sheet data entry and diary management
  • Preparing and collating briefs

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. A high level of accuracy, motivation, and initiative are also essential.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
