Home Care Services Manager

As the General Manager of Home Care Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a growing home care division. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and improve home care services.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the home care team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Culture and Relationships: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the home care industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of home care regulations and best practices, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate and client-focused approach.
