About the Role

Care Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in The Hills Shire and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal grooming and hygiene, including medication reminders
  • Perform domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Shop for groceries, plan menus, and prepare meals
  • Provide mobility assistance within the home and local community
  • Prioritize client well-being and demonstrate a strong care factor
Requirements
  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Bach/Dip of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it)
  • Minimum 3 months of paid experience working within the aged care or community care sector
  • Fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others
