About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance to elderly clients living at home, promoting their independence and choice. You will deliver high-quality support to clients using a person-centered approach, maintaining compliance with standards and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with domestic duties and household chores, including washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Assist with the preparation and cooking of meals
  • Provide social support and encourage engagement in social activities

Requirements
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Police Clearance or willing to obtain
