As a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous development across the organisation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning strategies aligned with organisational goals.

  • You will conduct training needs analyses across business units and develop engaging learning programs (in-house and outsourced).
  • You will partner with stakeholders to support talent development, performance improvement, and succession planning.
  • You will oversee the coordination and delivery of training logistics via a Learning Coordinator.
  • You will evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and report on outcomes.
  • You will lead projects including leadership development, onboarding programs, and digital learning solutions.
  • You will ensure compliance with mandatory training and maintain accurate training records.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a learning and development or training advisory role.
  • A strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
