Learning Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce through effective training and development programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Training Experience: Proven experience in organizing and facilitating training programs is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and project management abilities are necessary to coordinate and deliver successful training programs.

OthersAs a Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive training matrix.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members.
- Conducting regular team reviews to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback.
- MAPPING OUT CAREER PATHS: Collaborate with department heads to map out clear and achievable career paths within the organisation, helping employees set and achieve their career goals.
