HR Business Partner Lead Role

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to sub-region and functional leadership, driving the people agenda through talent acquisition, development, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives.

This includes partnering with global HR functional teams to achieve global and regional business objectives, ensuring efficient and professional delivery of HR services.

The role requires developing trusted relationships with business and functional leadership teams to support business needs and drive a people agenda.

Key responsibilities include leading HR processes/programs and action plans related to global HR initiatives and potential business or growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will also design and implement changes for ANZ, including workforce planning, organizational design, and re-organization.

Additionally, they will deliver HR processes related to talent management, performance management, and leadership development based on global frameworks.

Other key responsibilities include analyzing trends to define action plans for attracting, retaining, and developing key talents, as well as researching, developing, and implementing new or updated HR offerings, policies, and procedures.

Ultimately, the HR Business Partner Lead will be responsible for managing employee relations related matters to ensure compliance with local labour regulations.

They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze trends and develop action plans to attract, retain, and develop key talents.
