About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to drive our talent acquisition and executive management initiatives. The Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the development of our mobility program, provide expert advice on executive employment and remuneration, and lead strategic projects such as building future-ready talent pools.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities.
  • Oversight of the mobility program, guiding employees through placements and transitions.
  • Provide expert advice on executive employment and remuneration, including approvals, role changes, and governance requirements.
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as introducing assessment centres and strengthening the capability of hiring managers and internal teams.
