Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a recent graduate or nearly graduated student, you will have the opportunity to kick start your career in a dynamic and rewarding role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse customers to increase share of space in-store and optimize ranging of our products.
  • Sell permanent and temporary displays into all customers, ensuring efficient coverage of the entire store network.
  • Use category insights to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or finishing in next 6 months)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
  • A valid driver's license
  • Australian work rights
