IT Support Specialist

We are a reputable Managed Service Provider dedicated to delivering proactive and people-focused IT solutions to small and medium businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide onsite and remote IT support to resolve technical issues effectively for diverse clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems by performing routine maintenance and system updates.
- Ensure data backup and security measures are in place.
- Contribute to project implementation work and share knowledge with the wider team.
- At least 4 years' experience in IT support, preferably within an MSP or fast-paced client-facing environment.
- Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a dynamic environment.
