About the Role

As a Maintenance IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support to various stakeholders. This role involves ensuring that systems and processes run effectively to deliver accurate data.

This position is part of the System Insights team, which aims to minimize downtime, rectify issues, and escalate matters to relevant business areas. You will work closely with stakeholders to generate innovative solutions in response to differing levels of risks and problem complexities.

  • Facilitate and support the implementation and use of business systems and processes.
  • Oversee operational support for key platforms such as Salesforce, Youreka, MuleSoft, HOMES, Ariba, and Service Now.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with system implementation and operational activities.
  • Provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies to reduce potential impacts.
About the Job

This dynamic role requires an IT professional who can manage multiple support requests in response to differing levels of risks and problem complexities. You will need to align with business timelines and priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Experience working in an IT support role or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current practices in database administration.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Flexible and available to travel locally and regionally, including overnight travel.
