As a senior workplace leader, you will oversee the delivery of best practice facilities functions. This includes leading and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace culture, monitoring and reviewing Health Safety and Wellbeing Management Systems, and ensuring risk management and compliance across all activities within the team.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with suppliers, evaluating and monitoring their performance, and managing all building maintenance and repairs. You will also need to lead a team of varying experience levels, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, and strong written and verbal communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
