Job Title: Digital Workplace Transformation Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our digital workplace transformation initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of organizational change, focusing on Microsoft technologies and collaboration solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and modern work specialists to design, implement and adopt modern workplace solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects related to Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiatives that improve workplace productivity and collaboration.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Modern Work practice, aligning with business goals and emerging trends.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices for Modern Work solutions, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and the effective use of tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Viva.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in modern workplace transformation, IT consulting, or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform), Azure, and modern collaboration solutions.
