Workplace Experience Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Experience Lead to oversee daily workplace operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and a high standard of hospitality.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day workplace activities, fostering a productive and comfortable environment.
  • Collaborate with global Workplace colleagues, cross-functional teams, and functional leaders to ensure alignment with company philosophies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Create exceptional first impressions, managing Stripe's front-of-house experience for guests and employees alike.
  • Oversee vendor performance, ensuring vendors deliver exceptional services in accordance with documented standards.
  • Implement and support site-specific workplace programs (e.g., space planning, EHS, food services) in alignment with global standards.
  • Provide feedback on programs to be shared with the Programs team for incorporation into existing and new programs.
  • Manage site-specific expenses, process invoices, and support financial forecasting.
  • Support the Workplace team's goals by taking on ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Communicate workplace concepts and plans clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives, cross-functional colleagues, and employees.
