Regional Manager Position

This leadership role oversees all aspects of regional operations, including financial budgets and performance. The ideal candidate will inspire and lead a team to achieve successful delivery of training contracts while driving continuous improvement, efficiency, innovation, and effectiveness across the region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional operations, financial budgets, and performance.
  • Lead a team to deliver training contracts successfully.
  • Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, innovation, and effectiveness in operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within a registered training organization.
  • Strong people-management skills with a track record of coaching teams to empower success.
  • A personable nature and ability to build cohesive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated financial, resources, and operational budget management skills.
  • Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, liaison, negotiating) with individuals and groups.
  • Working knowledge of RTO registration and contract requirements.
  • Demonstrated high level of innovation and initiative in problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Well-developed IT skills with high proficiency in the use of MS Office suite.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel across sites.
  • Current clear Working With Children Check or Blue Card (QLD) and National Police Check.
