Funeral Operations Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on and organized leader to oversee daily operations and mortuary services.
This role ensures smooth coordination of funeral activities, high service standards, and effective team supervision.
The Operations Supervisor coordinates daily operational activities, supports funeral teams, responds to client needs and service requests, oversees documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes, supervises cremation facilities, manages related financial transactions, maintains equipment, vehicles, and supplies, participates in funeral services, transfers, viewings, and cremations, liaises with mortuary staff, and recruits, trains, and develops staff to deliver high-quality service.
