Regional Operations Leader

The role requires a high level of expertise and responsibility. As the Regional Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the OpportunityThis is a highly rewarding opportunity based in Port Macquarie. You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for providing day-to-day support and leadership to a small team consisting of drafting, project delivery, estimating and administrators.
- Develop and implement effective pre-construction workflows to drive efficiency and performance
- Lead, motivate and coach team members to develop technical and soft skills, ensuring they have the tools necessary to excel in their roles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting, driving business objectives and results
- Review operational reports and metrics to inform strategic business decisions
- Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on customer experience and service excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Foresight and strategic focus, with effective decision-making skills
- Residential construction experience or knowledge in project delivery, customer support and operations (desirable)
- Understanding of building regulations and codes
