Regional Operations Manager

The role of Regional Manager Training is a leadership position that oversees all aspects of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations. The successful candidate will inspire and lead their team to achieve successful delivery of all training contracts while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement, increased efficiency, innovation, and effectiveness of operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of RTO operations, including financial management and regional performance.
- Inspire and lead the team to deliver training contracts successfully.
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, innovation, and effectiveness of operations across the region.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a leadership role within an RTO.
- Strong people-management skills with a proven track record of coaching teams to empower success.
- A personable nature and ability to build cohesive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated budget management skills with high proficiency in financial planning and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with individuals and groups, including negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A working knowledge of RTO registration and contract requirements.
- Demonstrated high-level problem-solving and achievement of targets.
- Highly developed IT skills with expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
- A current driver's license and ability to travel across sites.
- A current Working With Children Check or Blue Card and National Police Check.
