Regional Operations Manager

This role is focused on leading and overseeing all aspects of regional operations, including financial management and performance.
As a leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high-quality training contracts while continuously improving processes and increasing efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives;
- Lead and manage a team to deliver training contracts;
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and effectiveness of operations;
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
