Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

At Travel + Leisure Co., we're passionate about putting the world on vacation. As a Guest Experience Host Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Your responsibility will be to lead a team of Universal Marketing Agents, ensuring they meet and exceed departmental budgets and KPIs.

  • Recruit, train, and develop the skills of your team members to ensure they're equipped to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including activities that impact the Universal Marketing Agents.
  • Prepare and submit month-end reports in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure all employees comply with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet and exceed departmental budgeted expectations in production and cost efficiencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with required government licenses and work permits.
  • Define the responsibilities of the Universal Marketing Agent teams.
  • Manage marketing budgeting and cost accounting systems.
  • Schedule guests for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback to the team.
  • Travel to resort and sales locations as required.
  • Identify trends and root causes, taking action to achieve desired results.
