About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Services Agent. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay, and that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage guest requests and preferences, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
