Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join Amazon Australia's commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most strategic selling partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the development of our most strategic partner accounts, improving customer experience and Amazon strategy.
  • Expand product selection and improve product availability through effective category analytics and program management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, both internally and externally.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand customer trends and the competitive landscape across multiple categories.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service, and other key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work experience.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles.
