About the Position

We are seeking a motivated professional to fill a senior role within our Environmental Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading staff and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Environmental Services team and undertake cleaning across the facility with minimal supervision
  • Communicate effectively with external contractors for waste and cleaning management
  • Undertake tasks as required while adhering to infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, clients and staff in a busy healthcare environment
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a hospital, hotel services or shopping centre environment
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on quality and customer service
  • Knowledge of managing a 24/7 roster using electronic time and attendance systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude for continuous learning and professional development
